Releasing Chronic Stress. Healing Trauma. Reclaiming You.
Do you feel like you're functioning, but not really living the way you want to?
Have you been feeling on alert, even when you know you’re technically safe.
Is it hard to relax because part of you is alway “bracing” for the next bad thing?
Do you sense that something needs to change, but you're not sure where to start?
If any of these experiences resonate with you, I offer a warm, supportive space to make sense of what you’re experiencing and help you find relief. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, understand the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, and gently work toward creating more ease, clarity, and balance in your life
I offer a collaborative, compassionate mind–body approach and specialize in EMDR, Somatic Psychotherapy, IFS, and Cognitive Behavioral interventions. I believe healing happens through both the mind and the body, especially because stress, anxiety, and trauma are often felt deeply in the nervous system. These sensations can feel confusing or even frightening when we don’t understand what’s happening internally. I provide gentle neuropsych education to help clients make sense of their nervous system responses—and to learn how to soothe, regulate, and heal.
My style is warm, collaborative, and rooted in respect for your unique experience. I have extensive training in the neurobiological impacts of stress and trauma and draw from an integrative blend of Somatic, Cognitive, and Gestalt approaches. I am trained in Somatic Psychotherapy, IFS, CBT, and am an EMDRIA-trained EMDR provider.
Although I specialize in chronic stress, emotional regulation, trauma, and anxiety, I also use somatic psychotherapy to support clients navigating depression, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. When helpful, I integrate cognitive-behavioral techniques, assertive communication skills, and boundary-setting to create a well-rounded, personalized approach.
As someone who has been on my own healing journey, I deeply honor each person’s path. I believe we all hold innate wisdom for our own healing, and part of our work is reconnecting with that inner guidance. A strong relationship with yourself is essential for healing and for creating balance in your life.
